Product Introduction Zeolite Rotor Adsorption Desorption + CO Combined Process The waste gas to be treated passes through a dry filter, and the waste gas after impurities are filtered out by the dry filter enters the zeolite rotor [CR]. The gas treated by the zeolite rotor adsorption meets the standards and is discharged into the atmosphere. The desorption fan sucks out part of the gas from the rotor outlet, and after heating in the secondary heat exchanger of the CO combustion furnace, it enters the desorption section of the rotor. The opening of the electric heater is controlled according to the rotor desorption inlet temperature to ensure that the desorption temperature is >180ºC. 1.Zeolite wheel zone composition After filtering and reducing the relative humidity, the waste gas enters the zeolite rotor for adsorption.  1..Adsorption area: occupies 5/6 of the entire area, organic gases are adsorbed in the honeycomb zeolite, and clean gas is discharged. Desorption area: occupies 1/12 of the rotor area. Use high temperature heating to volatilize the V0C in the 2..gas at high temperature; 3.Cooling area: occupies another 1/12 of the rotor area. The normal temperature exhaust gas is cooled through the high temperature area. The generated gas is mixed with the high temperature flue gas and preheated to 200ºC before entering the desorption area to form desorbed gas, which enters the CO catalytic combustion for treatment.

Device Principle and Features
(1) Good adsorption performance: The zeolite rotor has the same microporous adsorption characteristics as activated carbon;
(2) Stability: The honeycomb zeolite rotor has stable performance, corrosion resistance and resistance to high-speed airflow impact; (3) Purification: Purification reaches 95%;
(4) Good regeneration performance: After the zeolite wheel is saturated with adsorption, it can be regenerated by desorption with hot air. The regeneration temperature can reach 200ºC, so the regeneration is thorough.
(5) Principle of wheel concentrated CO combustion: After regeneration, the zeolite wheel is put into use again. By controlling the flow rate of the desorption process, the concentration of organic waste gas can be concentrated by 10-20 times. The desorption gas flows through the heater device of the catalytic bed and is heated to about 300ºC. It ignites under the action of the catalyst. The purification efficiency of the catalytic combustion process can reach more than 97%. After combustion, RC02 and H20 are generated and a large amount of heat is released. Part of this heat is used to heat the high-concentration waste gas desorbed through the heat exchanger in the catalytic combustion bed, and the other part is used to heat the outdoor air for the zeolite wheel desorption gas. Generally, the burner needs to be started for about 1 hour to achieve the self-balancing process of desorption ~ catalytic combustion. After reaching thermal equilibrium, the electric heating device can be turned off. At this time, the regeneration treatment system relies on the waste gas as fuel, so that the regeneration process can reach a self-balancing cycle without the need for external energy, greatly reducing energy consumption, and no secondary pollution is generated. The entire adsorption and catalytic combustion process is automatically controlled by PLC.
